EFL Habu 32x DF

Prepare a 3/32-inch (2.5mm) drill bit by wrapping a piece

of low-tack tape around the drill bit 5/8 inch (16mm) from

the end of the bit. This will act as a marker so you don’t

accidentally drill through the top of the wing.

Use the drill and drill bit prepared in the previous step

to drill the four holes for the landing gear block mounting

screws. Use the holes in the retract mount as a guide

for drilling the holes.

Bohren Sie mit dem im letzten Schritt präparierten Bohrer

die vier Löcher zur Befestigung des Fahwerk. Nutzen Sie

die Löcher der Mechanik dabei als Bohrführung.

Utilisez le foret précédemment préparé pour percer les

4 trous de ﬁ xation du mécanisme. Utilisez les trous du

mécanisme comme guides pour effectuer le perçage.

Con la punta preparata prima praticare i 4 fori per le viti

di ﬁ ssaggio del meccanismo retrattile. Usare i 4 fori del

supporto come guida.



M3 x 14

Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver to thread a 3mm x

14mm countersunk self-tapping screw in each hole to

cut threads into the landing gear rails. Remove the

screws and place 2–3 drops of thin CA in each of the

holes to harden the threads made by the screws. Place

the correct retract assembly in position. Use four M3

x 14 self-tapping countersunk screws and a #1 Phillips

screwdriver to tighten the screws.

Nehmen Sie die Mechanik heraus. Schrauben Sie

mit einem #1 Phillips Schraubendreher 3m x 14

selbstschneidene Senkkopfschrauben in die vorher

gebohrten Löcher. Schrauben Sie die Schrauben

wieder heraus. Geben Sie 2 - 3 Tropfen dünnﬂ üssigen

Sekundenkleber in jedes Loch. Dieses härtet das Holz und

macht die Schraubverbindung sicherer.

Utilisez un tournevis #1 pour visser les vis auto-

taraudeuses M3x14mm dans chaque trou pour tailler

les ﬁ lets dans les longerons. Retirez les vis et appliquez

2 à 3 gouttes de colla cyano ﬁ ne dans chacun des trous

pour durcir les ﬁ lets. Utilisez les 4 vis auto-taraudeuses

M3x14mm et un tournevis cruciforme #1 pour ﬁ xer le

mécanisme.

Con un cacciavite Phillips #1 avvitare una vite

autoﬁ lettante a testa svasata da 3x14mm in ciascun foro

dei supporti. Togliere le viti e mettere nei fori alcune gocce

di colla CA per indurire la ﬁ lettatura fatta prima dalle viti.

Mettere in posizione il giusto gruppo retrattile. Usare 4

viti come quelle di prima per ﬁ ssare il carrello.



Select the correct adapter that ﬁ ts to the landing

gear strut. Insert two adapters in either side of the

hub of the wheel.

Nehmen Sie die Radadapter und stecken Sie in beide

Seiten des Rades.

Sélectionnez l’adaptateur correspondant au diamètre de

la jambe du train. Insérez un adaptateur de chaque côté

du moyeu de la roue.

Scegliere l’adattatore che vada bene per la gamba del

carrello. Inserire due adattatori su ciascun lato dell’asse

della ruota.
